Jonathan P. Sanstead
Managing Partner and Senior AttorneyJonathan graduated from St. Cloud State University in 1992 and earned his J.D., cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law in 1995. His practice focuses on business law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, trademarks and copyrights, school law, construction law and litigation, trade secrets, and unfair competition. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer from 2012 through 2026.
Isabelle Sanstead-Eastin
Associate AttorneyIsabelle graduated cum laude from the University of Mary in 2021 and earned her J.D., cum laude, from Drake University Law School in 2024. Her practice includes small business startups, estate planning, trademarks and copyrights, business contracts, employment law, real estate, and probate. She works with businesses, entrepreneurs, individuals, and families throughout Bismarck-Mandan and across North Dakota.
