Jonathan P. Sanstead

Jonathan graduated from St. Cloud State University in 1992 and earned his J.D., cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law in 1995. For more than 30 years, he has advised North Dakota businesses, entrepreneurs, and property owners on business law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, intellectual property, construction law and litigation, trade secrets, and unfair competition. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer from 2012 through 2026.
